What types of LED profiles do you offer?
We offer a wide range of aluminum profiles including surface-mounted, recessed, corner-mounted, and specialized architectural channels designed for heat dissipation and aesthetic lighting.
How long does shipping take for custom-cut profiles?
Standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. For custom-cut lengths, please allow an additional 48 hours for precision cutting and quality inspection before dispatch.
Are your LED channels compatible with all LED strips?
Most of our profiles are compatible with standard 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm LED strips. We recommend checking the internal width specification on the product page to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your profile arrives bent or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product for a full replacement at no extra cost.
Do you provide bulk discounts for contractors?

Can these profiles be used for outdoor applications?
While our aluminum profiles are corrosion-resistant, outdoor use requires the use of IP67 or IP68 rated LED strips and proper sealing of the end caps with silicone to prevent moisture ingress.
