Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting clips, end caps, and diffusers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked carrier to our distribution center, keeping your tracking number for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned profiles, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
